About the Role

The Strategic Account Executive 4 role at Twilio is a critical position that involves managing high-value customer accounts and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the UK and Ireland. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic account plans, and building strong relationships with customers. Your day-to-day activities will include servicing existing customers, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and negotiating contracts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of account management or sales experience in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a sales role
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and pricing proposals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
