About the Role

The Strategic Account Executive 4 role at Twilio is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the communications platform industry and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management. What You Will Do

  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to major account or strategic sales
  • Expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for customers
  • Strong relationship management and account management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
