Job Description

About the Role

The Strategic Account Executive role at Unframe is a pivotal position that will drive the company's go-to-market motion and help shape the sales playbook. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with the VP of Sales and founders to build a high-performance revenue engine. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading complex sales cycles, building pipeline from zero, and translating complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of closing

M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments. You will be expected to build deep relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams, and collaborate with the VP of Sales and founders to refine the enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap.

What You Will Do

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles into highly regulated industries
  • Build pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment and identify and win strategic enterprise accounts
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders
  • Architect multi-year expansion strategies and build deep relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine the enterprise strategy and influence the product roadmap
  • Position Unframe for companies seeking to “buy vs. build” AI capabilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to ensure that Unframe's solutions meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement at Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven track record of closing
    M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and own outcomes
  • Success in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and sales playbooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
