Job Description

About the Role

Postman is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to own a targeted list of 10-20 enterprise accounts and drive land-and-expand motions. The ideal candidate will have a strategic hunter mindset and the ability to build strong customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through close and expansion
  • Drive land-and-expand motions
  • Manage large deal sizes and close strategic deals
  • Exceed annual quota through consistent pipeline generation, deal progression, and account growth
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling into large organizations, particularly within the DevOps ecosystem
  • Strong Excel skills
