About the Role
The Strategic Account Executive role at Personify Health is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales, account management, and industry expertise. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering annual revenue growth through the renewal of existing contracts and the expansion of additional populations, lines of business, products, and services. Your portfolio will focus on health plan and distributor clients within the wellbeing book of business, and you will work closely with Personify Health leadership to achieve annual goals.Personify Health is on a mission to simplify and personalize the health experience, and as a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving this mission forward. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their objectives and challenges, and develop strategic plans to support their success. Your ability to navigate complex client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and drive revenue expansion will be essential to your success in this role.

What You Will Do
- Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the client organization
- Proactively identify and understand client objectives, challenges, and leadership priorities
- Develop and deliver presentations to support primary responsibilities, including business reviews, executive reporting, and strategic planning
- Own reliable retention revenue and expansion targets, and support all aspects of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts
- Monitor and confirm all client contractual obligations are being met, and communicate any contractual risks to Personify Health management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the health industry, including employee benefits, self-funded business, and digital health
- Leverage Salesforce and Excel to manage client relationships, track sales pipeline, and analyze data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve annual goals and drive revenue growth
- Support positive client satisfaction, and provide oversight for any proactive action plans required to maintain positive scores and secure reference ability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive growth and innovation
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in sales and/or account management in the health industry
- Solid understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a high level of expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Direct experience with client management, benefits strategy management, data-analytics, health promotion research, or related sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to handle complex situations, deliver renewals, and increase lines of business on existing clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans

- Knowledge of digital health, population health, or related fields
- Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
