## About the Role As a Strategic Account Executive at Kore.ai, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with new enterprise customers, driving the entire sales cycle, and achieving bookings targets. You will work closely with internal teams, including business development, sales engineers, and vertical solution teams, to identify and communicate Kore.ai's portfolio of technology and solutions to meet customers' business needs. Your day-to-day activities will include market research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to identify new enterprise customers.
The role requires a deep understanding of AI solutions, including Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic Frameworks, as well as the ability to educate prospective clients' CIOs and their teams on these topics. You will be expected to maintain a pipeline of qualified new customer opportunities, articulate Kore.ai's platform and solutions, and develop targeted presentations for new customers.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Kore.ai's business footprint within new customer relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets, develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships, and effectively map new customer organizations to identify targeted buyers and decision-makers.
## What You Will Do - Actively identify new enterprise customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media - Utilize consultative selling techniques to better understand customer pain points and offer solutions to address those needs - Maintain a pipeline of qualified new customer opportunities equal to or above four times your annual quota - Articulate Kore.ai's platform, solutions, features, differentiators, and expected ROI to prospects via calls, emails, demonstrations, and sales meetings - Develop and deliver targeted presentations for new customers, including maturity models, industry trends, ROI modeling, total cost of ownership models, and case studies - Create proposals and collaborate with the RFx Team for responses to RFI/RFP documents - Develop, maintain, and review pipeline plans that outline how you will meet sales targets on an ongoing basis - Work internally with support from business development, sales engineers, vertical solution teams, partner organization, and other sales support teams - Identify and communicate Kore.ai's portfolio of technology and solutions to meet customers' business needs across AI for Service, AI for Work, and AI for Process
## What We Are Looking For - Minimum 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software or technology platforms and services into Fortune 500 accounts - Previous experience selling voice AI tools for employee productivity and/or experience selling RPA solutions - Possess executive presence and the ability to use storytelling narrative to drive a discussion - Previous proven track record of consistently overachieving annual software quota of minimum
## Nice to Have - Experience working with global companies and driving digital transformation - Knowledge of the conversational and generative AI landscape - Familiarity with sales engineering and vertical solution teams - Experience with RFx responses and proposal development
