About the Role

The Strategic Account Manager role at Antech Diagnostics is a key position that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with strategically important large customers. As a member of the Corporate Accounts team, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing account plans, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

What You Will Do

  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate the involvement of cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Complete required training and development objectives
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Lead solution development efforts to address customer needs
