About the Role

The Strategic Alliance Manager position at Capitalize Consulting is a high-leverage role focused on turning partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric into a force multiplier for pipeline, co-marketing, and revenue. This role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with partner field teams to drive joint go-to-market plans and generate partner-sourced opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Build relationships with partner field teams (AEs/Sales Leaders) to drive joint go-to-market plans and generate partner-sourced opportunities
  • Drive joint marketing, webinars, and marketplace listings to position Capitalize as a trusted delivery expert
  • Lead QBRs to manage partner performance, align on joint targets, and accelerate co-selling motions
  • Ensure follow-through from marketing engagement to closed revenue
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner relationships
  • Negotiate and close partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and market trends
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing partnerships with cloud data leaders (Snowflake, Databricks, MSFT)
  • Strong strategic planning and co-selling skills
  • Ability to work independently as a force multiplier
  • Experience driving co-selling and growth through partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the cloud data landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Experience with joint marketing and co-branding initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
