Job Description

About the Role

The Strategic Business Development associate plays a critical role in identifying and driving revenue opportunities within high-value accounts. This involves building and executing account plans, mapping and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams, and developing multiple use cases within the same account. As part of Elevenlabs' dynamic team, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive impact and growth.

In this role, the associate will have the opportunity to work with a range of cutting-edge AI technologies, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. What You Will Do

  • Own pipeline within strategic accounts, building and executing account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and engage stakeholders across multiple teams, including product, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Develop multiple use cases within the same account, leveraging Elevenlabs' AI technologies to drive impact
  • Execute highly personalized outbound outreach, using AI tools and workflows to identify signals and prioritize timing
  • Drive multi-threaded engagement, building relationships beyond a single entry point
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact and growth, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Provide regular updates and insights on account activity, pipeline development, and revenue growth
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, making adjustments as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of business development principles, including account planning, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Experience working with AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
  • Strong understanding of Excel and data analysis, with the ability to drive insights and inform business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
