About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute account plans across a focused set of high-value companies
  • Identify areas where Elevenlabs can create real impact within these organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams, including product, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Develop and execute highly personalized outreach strategies to drive engagement and conversion
  • Use AI tools and workflows to identify signals and prioritize timing
  • Focus on precision and relevance in all interactions
  • Develop multiple use cases within the same account
  • Run high-signal outbound campaigns to drive conversion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and establishing partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Experience with AI tools and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Excel and other business development tools
