About the Role

The Strategic Development Leader plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of GE HealthCare's X-Ray product portfolio. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the area of medical imaging and X-Ray technology. They will be able to leverage their knowledge and expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and drive growth through innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including big deals and national accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and key decision-makers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of X-Ray technology and medical imaging
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with programmatic approaches and tools
