About the Role

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role at Kore.ai represents a unique opportunity to leverage conversational and generative AI to drive extraordinary experiences for enterprises. What You Will Do

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Drive sales cycles from initial contact to close, leveraging a MEDDIC framework
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Kore.ai's products and services
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams on market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute account plans
  • Leverage Excel and other sales tools to analyze data and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within target accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software or technology platforms and services into Fortune 500 accounts
  • Previous experience selling AI tools for employee productivity solutions
  • Executive presence and ability to use storytelling narrative to drive a discussion
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving annual software quota of minimum of

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to leverage a MEDDIC framework
  • Experience working in multiple industry verticals simultaneously
  • Metrics-driven sales approach with a professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate
