## About the Role As a Strategic Initiatives leader at Plaid, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and empowering financial transformation. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with leaders across the organization to identify and tackle the most pressing challenges. With a strong focus on GTM strategies, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans that drive revenue growth and expand Plaid's reach. The role is based in San Francisco HQ, and you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive teams to action will be crucial in this position. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Plaid's reach - Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify and tackle key challenges - Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance - Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions - Develop and manage budgets to support strategic initiatives - Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives - Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new products and features - Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Plaid's products and services

## What We Are Looking For - 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, with a focus on GTM and business growth - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market reach - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex strategies - Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred - Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred

## Nice to Have - Experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on applying these technologies to drive business growth - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and cloud-based technologies - Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams - Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and evolving trends
