About the Role

The Strategic Partner Manager, Enterprise Partnerships at Plaid is a critical role that involves managing and growing the company's most important partnerships. As a key member of the GTM Partnerships team, this position will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic plans to expand Plaid's relationships with its Enterprise partners. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Legal, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives.

The role will focus on managing payment partners, driving the integration of Plaid's solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing complex relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Plaid's relationships with Enterprise partners
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Legal, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives
  • Drive the integration of Plaid's solutions with partner systems, ensuring seamless and efficient integration
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, including identifying new revenue streams and expanding existing ones
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives
  • Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and roadmap planning
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and expansion

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing complex relationships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders
  • Experience working with Enterprise partners, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth
  • Experience with GTM strategies and tactics, with a strong understanding of how to drive revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Experience with product development and roadmap planning, with a strong understanding of how to inform and shape product development
