About the Role

Docker is seeking a Strategic Partner Program Lead to lead the next phase of maturity, scale, and operational excellence in its growing Partner Program.

Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and optimize the Ideal Partner Journey (IPJ) across partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement
  • Align partnerships strategy with RevOps and systems, including Salesforce and GTM execution
  • Improve partner-driven revenue performance through clear KPIs and MBOs

Requirements

  • Experience with GTM, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Proven track record of driving partner-driven growth
