About the Role

The Strategic Solutions Executive role at Celonis is a senior, solutions-led position focused on driving pipeline creation, new-logo acquisition, and revenue growth through joint engagement with Oracle's sales teams and the broader Oracle ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Celonis' process intelligence technology and its applications in driving business transformation. As a strategic solutions leader, you will own the Celonis transformation narrative for Oracle accounts, working closely with Oracle Account Executives, sales leadership, and strategic ecosystem partners.

The role is part of a small founding team of Strategic Solutions Directors who will bring the full range of skills needed to drive the Celonis + Oracle business. You will sit alongside Celonis Account Executives, RVPs, Value Engineers, and the broader Applied Value Engineering team across North America, embedded in pursuits where Oracle is the play, and accountable for the net-new pipeline, new logos, and co-sourced revenue that come from it.

What You Will Do

  • Own and continuously evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts in your coverage area
  • Lead the executive-level solution conversation with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts
  • Drive the highest-value opportunities by identifying, influencing, and closing transformational deals
  • Work closely with Oracle Account Executives, sales leadership, and strategic ecosystem partners to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oracle's GTM leadership, field organizations, and partner ecosystem
  • Operate as the face of Celonis inside Oracle's regional sales motion, known to Oracle's GTM leadership, named in their account plans, and trusted by their field as a peer
  • Engage as a peer with Oracle senior reps, Oracle Solution Executives, and GSI partner leadership
  • Carry the Celonis voice into Oracle's most strategic accounts and programs
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Alliance Strategy team to scale what works across the broader Oracle Alliance
  • Develop transformation maps, value cases, executive POVs, and reusable solution accelerators that connect Celonis Process Intelligence to Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, and Oracle Fusion AI use cases

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic solutions sales, preferably in the enterprise software or process intelligence space
  • Strong understanding of Oracle's ecosystem and sales motion
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline creation, new-logo acquisition, and revenue growth in a solutions-led sales role
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Strong executive presence, deep solution credibility, and enterprise sales acumen
  • Ability to orchestrate complex, multi-party sales motions across customers, partners, and field organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage as a peer with senior executives and sales leaders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and growth

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Celonis Process Intelligence or similar process mining technology
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, and Oracle Fusion AI
  • Experience working with strategic ecosystem partners, including Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and KPMG
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
