Job Description

About the Role

The Strategic Solutions Executive role at Celonis is a senior, solutions-led overlay position focused on driving pipeline creation, new-logo acquisition, and revenue growth through joint engagement with Oracle's sales teams and the broader Oracle ecosystem. This role requires a strategic solutions leader who owns the Celonis transformation narrative for Oracle accounts, backed by strong alliance and co-sell execution muscle. As a founding team member, you will work closely with Celonis Account Executives, RVPs, Value Engineers, and the broader Applied Value Engineering team to drive the Celonis + Oracle business.

As a key player in this role, you will operate as the face of Celonis inside Oracle's regional sales motion, known to Oracle's GTM leadership, named in their account plans, and trusted by their field as a peer. Your expertise in GTM, solution selling, and alliance execution will be crucial in driving the success of this role.

What You Will Do

  • Own and continuously evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts in your coverage area
  • Lead the executive-level solution conversation with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts
  • Drive the highest-value joint plays in your accounts, including Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, Process Intelligence on OCI deployments, and Oracle Fusion AI and AI agent enablement
  • Partner closely with Celonis Value Engineering and Solution Engineering to carry the technical depth
  • Work closely with Oracle Account Executives, Oracle sales leadership, and strategic ecosystem partners
  • Identify, influence, and close transformational opportunities where Celonis Process Intelligence accelerates customer adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Fusion AI
  • Operate as the face of Celonis inside Oracle's regional sales motion
  • Engage as a peer with Oracle senior reps, Oracle Solution Executives, and GSI partner leadership
  • Carry the Celonis voice into Oracle's most strategic accounts and programs

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Strong expertise in GTM, solution selling, and alliance execution
  • Experience working with Oracle sales teams and the broader Oracle ecosystem
  • Strong executive presence and solution credibility
  • Ability to orchestrate complex, multi-party sales motions across customers, partners, and field organizations
  • Deep understanding of process intelligence, cloud applications, and AI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Celonis Process Intelligence or similar technology
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Fusion AI
  • Experience working with strategic ecosystem partners, such as Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and KPMG
  • Certification in Oracle sales or a related field
