About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Lead, Enterprise at Clio is a critical role that will drive the growth and success of the company's enterprise segment. This role will be responsible for owning a defined set of initiatives and stakeholder relationships, working closely with senior leaders across the organization to lay the strategic and operational foundations required to build a market-winning Enterprise business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and operations, with excellent business acumen and analytical skills.

As a key member of the Enterprise team, the Strategy & Operations Lead will play a crucial role in defining the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing targeted interventions to address performance gaps. The role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations, to drive alignment and execution.

The Enterprise segment at Clio is a newly established and fast-growing part of the business, designed to unlock the company's next phase of growth with large law firms and corporate legal teams. As such, the Strategy & Operations Lead will be working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Enterprise performance management and operating cadence, supporting business reviews and defining success metrics
  • Identify and investigate performance gaps and growth constraints across the Enterprise funnel, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to design and implement targeted interventions
  • Support Enterprise GTM strategy and segmentation, including customer and account analysis, vertical prioritization, and foundational GTM motions
  • Lead analytical and strategic work on growth opportunities, including market sizing, competitive and industry analysis, pricing and packaging considerations, and financial modeling
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, synthesizing inputs from multiple teams into clear recommendations, business cases, and execution plans
  • Support international and expansion assessments, helping evaluate current market performance, identify risks and opportunities, and inform go-forward plans for existing and new Enterprise markets
  • Operate as an embedded strategic partner to Enterprise leadership, combining analytical depth with strong execution skills to help move initiatives from insight to action
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as strategy and operations, product strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or business development
  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience with GTM strategy and execution, including customer and account analysis, vertical prioritization, and foundational GTM motions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address performance gaps and growth constraints
  • Experience with financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive and industry analysis
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive results
