What You Will Do

  • Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest in education programs
  • Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications
  • Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations via live chat
  • Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM
  • Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals
  • Create personalized pathways for each potential student using a consultative approach
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrolments while working independently with the freedom to adapt your approach
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve enrolment goals and contribute to the company's mission
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in education and EdTech

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a phone-based sales role, with a focus on customer service and advisory skills
  • Self-motivated and mission-driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
  • Previous experience achieving KPIs or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
  • Natural ability to build trusted and connective relationships
  • Drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
