Studio Director

About the Role

As the operational commander of the venture studio, the Studio Director will be responsible for ensuring the internal processes, workflows, and communication loops run with elite efficiency. This will involve supervising active incubator projects, keeping portfolio founders metrics-driven, and aligning a decentralized team of shared specialists.

The Studio Director will report to the senior leadership team and will be expected to provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies. This is a fully remote role that requires high flexibility to manage a global 24/7 operation and coordinate across multiple time zones.

What You Will Do

• Own the overarching operational blueprint of the venture studio, ensuring internal processes and workflows run with elite efficiency
• Supervise active incubator projects from raw ideation to independent launch, keeping portfolio founders metrics-driven
• Inspire, mentor, and align a decentralized team of shared specialists, including legal, compliance, design, marketing, and engineering resources
• Manage the studio budget and deployment pipelines with calculated efficiency, determining where to double down and where to conserve resources
• Architect the long-term vision and macro-strategy of the studio, identifying emerging market sectors and structural shifts
• Serve as the ultimate connective tissue across portfolio companies, ensuring technical roadmaps, marketing launches, and operational handovers are flawlessly synchronized
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and founders
• Oversee the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a venture studio, accelerator, high-growth startup ecosystem, or tech enterprise
