What You Will Do

  • Review and confirm the accuracy of application information.
  • Analyze waterfall documents to determine the appropriate lender for deal submission.
  • Conduct financial analysis of bank statements to assess the financial health of businesses.
  • Submit applications through lenders' online portals.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Develop innovative solutions to navigate complex deal structures and potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submitted loan applications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in loan processing and underwriting.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies.
  • Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and external parties through Google Chat and RingCentral.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a related role such as Submission Coordinator, Loan Processing, Funding Coordinator, or Underwriting Support.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. small business funding and alternative lending.
  • Experience in reviewing credit reports and business bank statements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to risk management practices.

Nice to Have
