What You Will Do

• Manage and analyze data using Excel to inform business decisions and drive practice growth
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans
• Assist in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the practice
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve practice operations
• Support the growth and development of new services and programs
• Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physical therapy practice

Nice to Have

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software
• Certification in a related field, such as medical billing or coding
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in promoting a healthcare practice
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and techniques
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present findings to leadership and staff
