What You Will Do
- Manage and analyze data using Excel to inform business decisions and drive practice growth
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans
- Assist in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the practice
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve practice operations
- Support the growth and development of new services and programs
- Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
