About the Role

The SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant role at SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead HCM data migration workshops and define scope, deliverables, and quality bars for SuccessFactors Payroll configurations. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment of configuration with business rules and mapping HR core processes with stakeholders. As a key member of the team, the consultant will work closely with technical teams during conversion cycles and reconcile results and defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors Payroll and the ability to document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment.

Day-to-day, the consultant will be responsible for coordinating with technical teams, tracking issues and decisions, and presenting clear options and risks to project leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. The consultant will also be responsible for supporting test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes, as well as providing knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.

What You Will Do

  • Lead HCM data migration workshops and define scope, deliverables, and quality bars for SuccessFactors Payroll configurations
  • Align configuration with business rules and map HR core processes with stakeholders
  • Document functional specs and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment
  • Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles and reconcile results and defects
  • Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll
  • Track issues and decisions, and present clear options and risks to project leadership
  • Support test planning and execution related to payroll and HR processes
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams
