About the Role

The role entails working closely with other team members to design, develop, and deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, leveraging the company's expertise in Avalanche and other blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or higher) in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, and will have a strong foundation in programming languages, data structures, and software development principles.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Web3 solutions and blockchain applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the company's codebase
• Assist in the testing and debugging of software applications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and project reports
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to the team's velocity
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve defects
• Assist in the development of technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Contribute to the company's open-source projects and community engagement initiatives
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to improve skills and expertise
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications

What We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or higher) in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in programming languages, data structures, and software development principles
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, such as Avalanche, and Web3 applications
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization (e.g., Docker)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cryptocurrency and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications
• Familiarity with smart contract development and blockchain-based programming languages (e.g., Solidity)
