About the Role
The Supervisor, DRG Revenue Integrity, is responsible for overseeing the execution, quality, and delivery of complex coding audits. This role ensures compliance with major coding guidelines and supervises a team of auditors.Responsibilities
- Coordinate team scheduling and client deliverables
- Assign new clients to auditors and ensure access to client information
- Provide timely updates on coding guidelines and department processes
- Conduct training for new and existing auditors
- Perform QA of departmental work products to ensure high accuracy
