Job Description

About the Role

The Supervisor, Grants Compliance is a critical role at OSU, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the grants compliance team. This team plays a vital part in ensuring that the university's grants are managed efficiently and effectively, and that all compliance requirements are met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in grants compliance and team leadership, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

The role involves providing leadership and guidance to the grants compliance team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are working towards the same goals. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

The grants compliance team is part of the Office of Sponsored Programs Administration, which is responsible for managing all aspects of sponsored programs at the university. The team works closely with faculty and staff to ensure that all grants are managed in accordance with university policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the grants compliance team
