About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst role at DIVA is a 12-month maternity leave contract position that plays a vital part in supporting the company's inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain operations. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient production planning, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment across Canadian and U.S. warehouses. What You Will Do
- Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning, including MRP, production scheduling, and monthly updates
- Monitor reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across multiple warehouses in Canada and the U.S.
- Assist in defining and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure inventory and supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to align production plans with demand forecasts
- Assist with assembly operations, coordinating with manufacturing partners to resolve production, inventory, or quality issues
- Participate in monthly production planning meetings with assembly partners and provide status updates
- Support purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and holding vendors accountable for deliverables
- Assist with requests for quotes and support sourcing of raw materials as needed
- Partner with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting related to supply chain operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and inventory management activities
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with MRP systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with supply chain planning, production scheduling, and inventory management
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
