About the Role

The Supply Chain Data Analyst role at Nestlé Health Science is a critical position that involves analyzing, coordinating, and managing data to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business decision-making. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment with business and customer needs.

The O2C process is a complex and critical aspect of the supply chain, and the data analyst plays a vital role in ensuring its smooth operation. By analyzing and managing data, you will help identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver products to customers efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate, analyze, and manage reference data across O2C processes, including demand capture, customer shelf life, order filtering, resolution cockpit, claims & deductions, and returns/refusals
  • Maintain and support Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems
  • Own and manage key systems and tools, including the Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS)
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Power Query to support business insights and decision-making
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization
  • Manage communication regarding critical incidents and business impacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and customer needs
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate based on defined criteria
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset and contribute to achieving organizational KPIs

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related areas (e.g., Order Management, Logistics, Inventory, Demand Planning)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Query)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • APICS certification (or progress toward certification) is a plus

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Certification in data analysis or related field
