About the Role

The Supply Chain Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire supply chain operation, from planning and procurement to inventory management and logistics. What You Will Do

  • Drive S&OP and demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply continuity.
  • Manage and oversee supplier performance, supporting procurement strategies that reduce risk and improve reliability.
  • Oversee the development and execution of inventory strategies that balance working capital requirements with customer service levels.
  • Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Provide detailed reporting, analysis, and leadership insights on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations, manufacturing, commercial, and finance teams to ensure supply chain alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within manufacturing, preferably in personal care, beauty, cosmetics, or a related category.
  • Strong background and expertise across supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and strategy.
