About the Role

The Supply Chain Management role at Tava Partners is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's supply chain. This involves supporting day-to-day supply planning activities, managing planning exceptions, and coordinating with various stakeholders across different departments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to implement planning recommendations and document procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Support day-to-day Supply Planning and/or Raw Materials Planning activities within Kinaxis Maestro
  • Manage planning exceptions, scenario analysis, and planning recommendations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams
  • Document planning assumptions, business rules, and operating procedures
  • Develop training and knowledge transfer materials to support future onboarding activities
  • Bring industry best practices and recommend process improvements where appropriate
  • Support transition and capability-building efforts for offshore/global teams
  • Conduct scenario planning and analyze supply chain risks
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve supply chain issues
  • Implement and maintain supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
  • Experience in Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and practices

Nice to Have

  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
  • Experience supporting planning transformations
  • Exposure to demand planning, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with data analytics tools
