What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Analyze and interprets complex supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular reviews of supply chain operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that could impact the supply chain
- Develop and manage budgets related to supply chain activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain activities are aligned with business needs
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and risk management strategies

- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
