What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth
  • Manage contract manufacturing partners and negotiate contracts
  • Oversee inventory management, including reconciling inventory discrepancies and optimizing stock levels
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, including developing contingency plans
  • Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the health or wellness industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain management software, including MRP and ERP systems
  • Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
