What You Will Do

- Manage inventory planning, tracking, and replenishment processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Support vendor, logistics, and fulfillment coordination across multiple markets, including Turkey, Canada, and the US.
- Ensure timely movement of goods and resolve supply chain or delivery issues proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the product and marketing teams, to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Monitor and support cross-border supply chain requirements, including customs clearance and tax considerations.
- Contribute to process development for scalable and efficient marketplace operations, ensuring that systems can adapt to growing demand.
- Support compliance awareness related to textile trade, import/export flows, and applicable tax considerations, staying up-to-date with changing regulations.
- Engage with external service providers to negotiate better terms and services, improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the textile or fashion industry.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and implement data-driven improvements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain dynamics in Turkey, Canada, and the United States, including knowledge of cross-border trade flows and regulations.
- Familiarity with textile industry logistics, including broad tax considerations related to textiles.
- Experience with supply chain platforms, ERP systems, or operational software is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are considered an advantage.
