About the Role

The Supply & Logistics Coordinator role at Nabu Casa is a key position that entails managing the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions. This role is central to keeping the operation running reliably and efficiently. The successful candidate will own the day-to-day responsibilities, including purchase orders, manufacturer coordination, logistics, distributor support, inventory, and RMA handling.

As part of the Commercial team, the Supply & Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team, as well as directly with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners. The role reports to the VP Commercial, based in Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics or supply chain inside a more structured company and is ready to take full ownership of the supply chain operation.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
  • Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
  • Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
  • Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
  • Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Analyze forecast data to decide when and how much to order
  • Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to optimize the supply chain operation

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a global context
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the supply chain operation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with digital tools, such as NetSuite, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions
  • Experience in managing global logistics and supply chains, with knowledge of international trade regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners
