About the Role
Nabu Casa, the organization behind Home Assistant, is looking for a Supply & Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors and ultimately to customers. As a central member of the Commercial team, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain, from purchase orders and inventory management to logistics and distributor support. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on problem-solving, strategic thinking, and autonomy.The Supply & Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. As a key member of the Commercial team, the Supply & Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting and scaling the company's international hardware operations across regions and distribution channels. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
- Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
- Support distributors with back-office tasks, including order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
- Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
- Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Run the RMA process end-to-end, including coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Analyze forecast data to decide when and how much to order, using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in coordinating logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a global context
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with inventory management systems, such as NetSuite
- Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain management best practices
- Ability to analyze forecast data and make informed decisions
- Experience working with AI-assisted workflows and modern tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and growth
- Knowledge of the smart home industry and Home Assistant ecosystem
- Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics, such as APICS or CSCP
- Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools
