About the Role
The Supply & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions. This position will be responsible for coordinating with manufacturers, managing inventory, and resolving logistical issues. As part of the Commercial team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.The Supply & Logistics Coordinator will have real autonomy from day one, taking ownership of the day-to-day operations and driving issues to resolution. This role is ideal for someone who has coordinated logistics or supply chain operations within a more structured company and is ready to run the whole thing themselves.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
- Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
- Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
- Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
- Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Analyze forecast data to decide when and how much to order
- Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to optimize the supply chain operation
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
- Experience with NetSuite or similar software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modern supply chain tools
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global logistics and freight forwarders
- Knowledge of hardware manufacturing and production processes
- Familiarity with Home Assistant or other smart home platforms
- Experience with data analysis and forecasting
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics
