About the Role

Nabu Casa, the organization behind Home Assistant, is seeking a Supply & Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors worldwide. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will have real autonomy to drive the supply chain operation forward, working closely with the Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth delivery of products to the company's global community of users.

The role is central to Nabu Casa's continued commercial growth and expansion into new regions and distribution channels. As the company grows, you will play a vital part in shaping the next phase of its global operations and partner ecosystem. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic planning, you will analyze forecast data to inform purchasing decisions, utilizing modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to optimize the supply chain.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
  • Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders, tracking them through to delivery
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
  • Support distributors with back-office tasks, including order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
  • Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
  • Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Run the RMA process end-to-end, including coordination, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain documented, repeatable processes for all aspects of the supply chain operation
  • Analyze forecast data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize the supply chain

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including inventory management and shipping procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with logistics tools, such as NetSuite, and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
  • Ability to analyze forecast data and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with international shipping and logistics
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with lean principles and process improvement methodologies
  • Certification in supply chain management or logistics, such as APICS or ISM
