About the Role

Nabu Casa, the organization behind the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform, Home Assistant, is seeking a highly skilled Supply & Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions. The successful candidate will own the day-to-day operations, including purchase orders, manufacturer coordination, logistics, distributor support, inventory, and RMA handling. As a key member of the Commercial team, you'll work closely with the Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team to ensure seamless operations.

As a Supply & Logistics Coordinator, your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver innovative smart home solutions to millions of households worldwide. You'll be responsible for analyzing forecast data to decide when and how much to order, using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to optimize the supply chain. Your autonomy and ability to drive processes to resolution will be crucial in this role.

The Supply & Logistics Coordinator will report to the VP Commercial, based in Norway, and will be part of a team that values privacy, choice, and sustainability. What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
  • Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
  • Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
  • Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
  • Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Analyze forecast data to decide when and how much to order
  • Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to optimize the supply chain

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive processes to resolution
  • Experience with inventory management and NetSuite
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows and modern logistics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze forecast data
  • Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Experience working in the technology or smart home industry
  • Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
