About the Role
As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, venue partners, and courier partners. Your day-to-day will involve handling a high volume of inquiries, resolving issues, and finding creative solutions to exceed expectations. You will work closely with the Operations and Product teams to communicate problems, bugs, or other issues that may arise.The Support team at Wolt is known for its customer-obsessed approach, ensuring that every interaction with customers serves a larger purpose than just fixing problems. As a Support Associate, you will be expected to embody this mindset, taking ownership of customer issues and providing personalized support.
Wolt's growth has been remarkable, with the company expanding to over 500 cities in 30 countries. As a result, the Support team plays a vital role in ensuring that customers, venue partners, and courier partners have an exceptional experience.
What You Will Do
- Handle customer, venue partner, and courier partner support via chat or phone
- Communicate with customers, venue partners, and courier partners using a Wolt tone of voice and adapting to their tone
- Respond to questions and queries, finding solutions to exceed expectations
- Develop customer, venue partner, and courier partner support alongside the team
- Work on weekends and be available for shift-based work, including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to communicate problems, bugs, or other issues
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide personalized support
- Develop expertise in the region's food scene, traffic patterns, and different areas of the city
- Manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing role or logistics role
- Fluency in Greek and ability to work in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get to work
- Experience working in a startup environment, with a focus on growth and expansion
