About the Role
Sentry is seeking a Support Engineer to redefine the standard of technical support by combining human expertise with advanced AI agents. Our customers are developers building the future of software, and they deserve in-depth answers to complex technical issues.Responsibilities
- Master the Sentry ecosystem to guide customers through complex debugging workflows
- Resolve inbound support requests with a focus on teaching and enabling developers
- Troubleshoot SDK implementations to help developers instrument Sentry's SDKs within their specific codebases and frameworks
- Manage bugs and escalations, serving as the bridge between customers and our Engineering teams
- Train and manage the performance of our AI support bots to provide accurate assistance
