Job Description

About the Role

As a Support Engineer on the U.S. Government Support Engineering team, you will operate at the intersection of Support and Engineering, enabling public sector organizations and United States government agencies to run GitLab in secure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with GitLab through the command line, analyzing logs, system behavior, and application performance
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to reproduce and document edge-case defects

Requirements

  • Strong Linux fundamentals
  • Understanding of how GitLab’s components interact end-to-end

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adjust and Excel
