The Support Specialist role at FreshBooks is a critical component of the company's customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to customers. What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to FreshBooks customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate complex challenges and engineer elegant solutions, working closely with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, to customers and colleagues
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, managing competing demands and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with FreshBooks products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and effective support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this insight to inform support strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with best practices in customer service and support
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources, helping to educate customers and reduce support inquiries
- Analyze customer feedback and support metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement and inform support strategies
