About the Role
Bermuda Pest Control is seeking a skilled Support Technician to join their team in Warwick Parish. As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist assigned Route Technicians or Fumigation Crews on their daily routes, ensuring that all services are carried out efficiently and safely.The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to fill in for Route Technicians or Fumigation Crews when necessary, service accounts in an arranged and orderly fashion, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Assist assigned Route Technicians or Fumigation Crews on their daily routes
- Fill in for Route Technicians or Fumigation Crews when necessary
- Service accounts in an arranged and orderly fashion, on time
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries
- Help with overtime work, initial services, complaint services, and commercial or residential accounts
- Maintain service vehicles in a clean and organized condition
- Ensure all service equipment is in good working condition
- Report to work at appointed times, whether at the office or at the customer's premises
- Keep customers informed of any delays or changes to scheduled appointments
- Perform other pest control-related tasks as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (pest control or customer service)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments

- Previous experience in pest control or a related field
- Knowledge of pest control protocols and procedures
- Certification in pest control or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
