About the Role

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce and paid media strategy to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce and paid media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and platforms
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of e-commerce and paid media initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with e-commerce and paid media, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other emerging channels
- Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation plans to optimize e-commerce and paid media performance

- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce and paid media, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer engagement
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including the latest trends, technologies, and platforms
- Experience with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other emerging channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
