Job Description

About the Role

The SVP or VP of Strategic BFSI Accounts NA is a key sales role at CAST, focusing on driving software sales to named BFSI strategic accounts in North America. This role entails working closely with partners, including Management consulting firms such as BCG and selected PE firms, to identify and capitalize on opportunities in transaction services, digital transformation, and ESG offerings. As a senior member of the CAST team, the successful candidate will report to the President & Managing Director of North America, with a clear career path opportunity to develop leadership skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with partners to develop new business relationships, account management, and cultivating business drivers to create recurring software sales, services, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with CTO's, CIO's, VP Engineering, and other senior stakeholders to align CAST's offerings with their strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Sell software solutions to named BFSI strategic accounts, leveraging existing partnerships and developing new relationships
  • Engage with partners, including Management consulting firms and PE firms, to identify opportunities in transaction services, digital transformation, and ESG offerings
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive software sales, services, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with CTO's, CIO's, VP Engineering, and other senior stakeholders to align CAST's offerings with their strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior partners/consultants and C-level executives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to customers, leveraging CAST's software intelligence expertise
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • Type A personality with a strong track record of success in B2B consultative selling
  • Experience selling software/SaaS/technology solutions to BFSI accounts in North America
  • Understanding of cloud modernization, application modernization, and digital transformation
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior partners/consultants and C-level executives
  • Experience working with Tier 1 Management consulting firms, Big4, specialized advisories, GSI's, and CSP's
  • Expertise in strategic IT initiatives and C-level understanding of the North America market
  • Strong network in North America, with established relationships with key stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CAST's software intelligence solutions
  • Knowledge of ESG offerings and their application in the BFSI sector
  • Familiarity with CAST's partner ecosystem, including BCG, Big4, and cloud providers
