## About the Role The SVP of Sales at InMarket is a pivotal position that drives company-wide revenue growth by leading a multi-layered sales organization. This role is critical in setting the overarching sales strategy, ensuring consistent execution across regions, and scaling a high-performing organization. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Vice Presidents of Sales, each managing teams of sellers, and will be responsible for executive-level client relationships, cross-functional alignment, and long-term growth planning.
Day-to-day, the SVP of Sales will be immersed in strategy development, team leadership, and performance management. This includes defining and executing national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities. The role also involves establishing clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across all levels of the sales organization.

## What You Will Do - Lead and develop a team of VP-level sales leaders to scale a high-performing, multi-layered organization - Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy - Define and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities - Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across all levels of the sales organization - Drive operational excellence across forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes - Build and maintain executive-level client relationships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and growth planning - Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies - Develop and manage sales budgets and resource allocation plans - Identify and mitigate sales performance risks
