About the Role
As a Swedish Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that social media content meets community guidelines and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies, as well as excellent communication skills to manage sensitive content professionally. What You Will Do
- Monitor and moderate social media content in Swedish to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies
- Review and evaluate content to determine whether it meets the required standards
- Make sound judgments about what content to approve or reject, and be able to explain those decisions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement content moderation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media platforms and their moderation policies
- Provide feedback to content creators on how to improve their content

What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles
