System Analyst

What You Will Do

• Lead technical teams in system development and provide guidance and support to team members
• Design system architectures that meet the company's business needs and goals
• Create tools and resources that help teams work more efficiently and effectively
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Establish benchmarks, standardization, technical, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain system designs, and ensure that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions that meet the company's needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in software development, DevOps, and distributed frameworks

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field, with at least 2 years of previous experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
• Experience in planning, designing, estimating, and executing software development projects
• Experience leading technical teams, guiding team members, and ensuring work is completed according to business needs
• Strong understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks
• Experience with analytics tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or UML Diagrams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Strong knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Mindset, and Scrum Framework
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Certification in a related field, such as ITIL or TOGAF
