About the Role

As a System Design / Solution Architect at Ssc Hr Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's technical vision and strategy. You will be responsible for designing system architectures and technical solutions that meet the company's growing needs, ensuring scalability, stability, and security. Your expertise will be essential in driving the development of large-scale systems and integrating them with existing infrastructure.

The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will be part of a global team, working remotely, and collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

What You Will Do

  • Design system and application architectures (High-Level & Low-Level Design) to ensure scalability, stability, and security.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into executable architectural solutions.
  • Define design standards and technical governance to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Design system and service integrations (APIs / Integration) to enable seamless communication between different components.
  • Review technical decisions and development team deliverables to ensure they align with the company's technical vision.
  • Support implementation teams and resolve architectural challenges to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Document architecture and technical diagrams to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the designed solutions are properly implemented.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the company's technical standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in System Design or Solution Architecture.
  • Experience designing large and complex systems, with a strong understanding of architectural principles (Scalability, Availability, Security).
  • Experience with Microservices or SOA, with a good knowledge of design patterns and databases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Good knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Certification in system design or solution architecture, such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
