What You Will Do

  • Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across platforms and services.
  • Manage systems data for clients, providing day-to-day solutions and ensuring security compliance.
  • Oversee a queue of assignments, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate directly with technicians to resolve issues efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in system administration, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
  • Experience with VMware ESX and public/private cloud management, particularly migration from on-prem to cloud solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to customer success.
